Neighborhood Christian Staff members are dedicated professionals who guide children through “developmentally appropriate practice” that provides spiritual, physical, emotional, and cognitive learning. Staff members create positive, caring relationships that contribute to a “community” that quickly becomes a family.
Neighborhood Christian Staff members work continually on professional development by attending on-campus training, conferences, college classes, professional growth advising, and by working with consultants within the Early Education field.
All staff are trained in First Aid/CPR, fire and earthquake safety, lock down procedures, and Kinderlime communication. Staff qualifications include California Child Development Permits, quarterly ECE units, A.A., B.A. and Master’s level education.
