Renewed in Faith: Our 2026 Spiritual Staff Retreat
Our Neighborhood Christian Preschool teachers from both campuses came together last week for our annual Spiritual Staff Retreat, a day designed for fellowship, reflection, and renewal in faith.
The morning began with a Lakeshore Learning Party, where our teachers explored new classroom tools, shared creative ideas, and enjoyed hands-on learning time together.
Next came Acts of Kindness, a team-building and community outreach activity that reminded us how small acts of love can make a lasting impact. Together, our teachers found new ways to bring kindness into their classrooms and the wider community.
The team then enjoyed a Lunch in the Park, catered by Whole Foods. Surrounded by sunshine and conversation, our teachers shared stories and built stronger bonds across both campuses.
The afternoon concluded with HERO Training, led by our visiting Southern California team at the Cathedral of Faith campus. This session encouraged our teachers to grow as leaders who serve with heart, courage, and compassion.
We are grateful for a day that strengthened our teaching team and renewed our shared purpose. Our teachers return to the classroom refreshed and ready to guide our children with faith, joy, and love.
