Pizza, Snow Cones, and Play: Our July at NCP

Our classrooms spent July full of flour, bubbles, and belly laughs. The children made their own pizza, pressed on their favorite toppings, and gobbled up every bite. The next week brought snow cones, with our children lining up for their turn at the machine and picking their favorite flavor to cool off in the summer heat. Dirt cups came next, and the children could not stop talking about the chocolate crumbles waiting for them.

The fun kept going outside the kitchen. Our playground turned into a bubble party one afternoon, with our children chasing, popping, and giggling their way through the soap and sunshine. Another day brought a full dance party, complete with music, wiggles, and plenty of spinning in circles. When it was time to slow down, our children curled up together for a cozy movie day, snacks in hand and blankets spread across the floor.

Through it all, our favorite weekly traditions kept going strong. Tuesdays meant water play on the playground, with our children splashing through the spray in their swim gear. Thursdays brought chapel, where our children danced to worship music, said a prayer together, and practiced their Bible verse of the week.

Every one of these moments, big and small, is what makes NCP feel like home. Our children spent July together, learning, laughing, and building the kind of memories that stay with them.
